Bottega Venetta, Celine & Aston Martin Among The Luxury Briefing Awards Winners

The season for luxury awards is back! The “Oscars” of the luxury industry were held last month at a five-star venue in London. This year marks the 15th edition of the highly prestigious Luxury Briefing Awards. The Luxury Briefing Awards were first instituted in 1997 and they continue to figure on the list of events that are looked forward to the most on the luxury industry’s calendar. The 15th Luxury Briefing Awards took place at the luxurious Savoy hotel in London. The awards were presented to the winners before a gathering of 450 guests. Among the big winners this year were Aston Martin, CelineBottega Venetta and Louis Vuitton.

Taking home the prize for the best Luxury Leisure Brand was Aston Martin, for its “supreme engineering” and for ruling over the automotive market for nearly a century now. Fellow automobile company Telsa won the award for Commitment to Sustainability. Then we had Bottega Venetta scooping up the much coveted prize for Brand of the Year for Men for its “immaculate style, tailoring and relevance”. Winning in the Brand of the Year for Women category was fashion label Celine, “For being leading edge, modern, vital and vibrant…”
Fine wine advisory service Sarment Wine was given the award for being the Breakthrough Brand of the year with its new, “effective, intelligent” service. Exclusive travel agency EARTH was named the best Luxury Lifestyle Service.
Meanwhile Yves Behar & Puma’s Clever Little Bag was named Innovation of the Year, Louis Vuitton’s arts education project brought home the award for Support for Art & Culture and Brazilian fashion brand Osklen was named the Emerging Luxury Leader. Entrepreneur Carmen Busquets won for Individual Outstanding Achievement.
